The Danville Area Convention & Visitors' Bureau  and its' Sports Council are dedicated to hosting sporting events and to providing the best service possible to event organizers.

To make it easy for you, we will:

Locate a venue for your event.
   Secure guest rooms for your attendees.
   Provide informational welcome packets.
   Provide registration assistance.
   Provide other services per per-event agreements
